ViMOS closed franchise agreement with DACO Semiconductor

On Oct 6^th , the European distributor ViMOS Technologies closed a franchise agreement with Taiwanese power components pioneer DACO Semiconductor, established in 1994. DACO maintains wafer fabrication and device assembly in Taiwan focusing on designing, manufacturing of high-performance semiconductor products covering discretes and modules of Silicon Diodes, Schottky Diodes, MOSFETs, Thyristors, IGBTs and Silicon carbide (SiC) Diodes & MOSFETs up to 1200 A.
