The NS350 v30 series are NSING’s new generation of high-security, high-performance, and cost-effective Trusted Platform Module 2.0 (TPM 2.0) security chips. Designed with 40nm process technology, the NS350 chip offers significant improvements in both technical performance and security. It supports I2C and SPI interfaces and is available in QFN32 and QFN16 package forms. The chip complies with Trusted Computing Group (TCG) TPM 2.0 specification. The NS350 v30 devices are all Common Criteria (EAL4+) certified.
