ViMOS Technologies GmbH, headquartered in Munich/Germany, is happy to present its strong electronic component portfolio at Electronica 2022 (15. – 18. Nov). This year ViMOS focuses on innovative power components to well support customers’ ambitions to create power-efficient and power-saving applications.
We are honored to host on our booth RICHTEK Technology Corp., a leading supplier of innovative power management ICs, with its European sales and technical team, and providing them space to demo their i.e. automotive and industrial solutions. Additionally there will be other innovative power control IC suppliers such as e-peas (energy harvesting), FORTIOR (Motor Control ICs) and DACO (high power SiC transistors, diodes, thyristors, IGBTs). ViMOS will also present a world novelty which is NETSOL’s MRAMs (magnetic RAM) being manufactured in 28nm CMOS process on 12 inch wafers offering price advantages over existing incumbents paired with significantly reduced power dissipation. Other strong brands and widely used ICs like SONY, SONIX, NEOWAY, LONGSYS or LONTIUM will be showcased and featured as well.
